Managing complex digital projects across multiple client accounts requires precise synchronization. Because off-the-shelf tools often create visual clutter and cognitive overload, I designed and developed a custom Management Board tailored for seamless internal workflow. This centralized hub features a personalized daily "Command Center" that instantly surfaces critical items. To prevent bottlenecks, the UI utilizes high-contrast "Hotspots" to flag overdue deliverables and high-priority tasks. Instead of static checklists, workflow is managed through progression-based Kanban queues equipped with granular progress bars and time estimations. Paired with real-time efficiency analytics that track overall completion rates, the dashboard provides a distraction-free, top-down view of organizational productivity, ensuring team members stay anchored and focused on actionable data.
