Mezmitra is a multi-tenant restaurant SaaS product designed around the real flow of restaurant operations: from a guest scanning a QR menu to order acceptance, kitchen preparation, service, billing, payment, stock tracking, reservations, and owner reporting. I built it to solve a common operational gap in restaurants: important information is often spread across disconnected tools, paper notes, and staff coordination. Mezmitra gives every role — guest, waiter, kitchen staff, cashier, manager, and owner — a focused view of the same operation. Key capabilities include QR-based guest ordering, live order inbox and kitchen display, floor and table management, POS billing with GST support, split payments, menu and modifier management, inventory with recipes, reservations and waitlists, loyalty customers, reports, offline support, printer integration, and camera-based table-state monitoring.
