ProCoach India is an end-to-end multi-sided fitness SaaS designed around Indian market realities (WhatsApp billing, UPI, low-end devices) . It includes a native Kotlin/Jetpack Compose Android app with offline-first Room synchronization, an AI-powered nutrition suite with food recognition (on-device TFLite + Vision AI fallback), dynamic real-time feature entitlements via cloud config, and a Next.js web admin console.
